The supported hiring programme will bring returners directly into open permanent roles on an ongoing basis.

Welcome Back Supported Hiring
The supported hiring programme will enable you to return to your career in a permanent role. Willmott Dixon is welcoming applications from returners for a broad selection of their open roles, which will be updated on a rolling basis. Successful candidates who have taken a career break for two or more years will receive individual coaching from Women Returners, and will benefit from a comprehensive induction process and focused training to support their transition back to the workplace
Together with candidates with a background in main contracting, residential building or interior fit-out, Willmott Dixon also welcome applications for many of their roles from professionals from other industries with transferable skills.
Roles are based across the UK. Key locations include London, the South East, North West, Midlands and Wales and the West. Opportunities for central function roles are based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire.
Flexible working options may be available depending on the role.
