Programme: 20 week returnship
Willmott Dixon, a leading UK contracting and interior fit-out business, is running their Welcome Back Returners Programme in partnership with Women Returners. This programme welcomes talented professionals, both men and women, who have taken a career break.
Starting in September/October 2018, this programme offers a paid placement of 20 weeks, and the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the assignment. You will be placed on a project or in a team where your skills and experience will be highly valued and utilised. You will participate in coaching workshops from Women Returners, and will benefit from a comprehensive induction process and focused training to support your transition back to the workplace.

- Candidates with a background in main contracting, residential building or interior fit out, but most importantly they are looking for people who share their passion and values, so if you think this is you and you have transferable skills from another industry for any of the above roles, they would welcome your application.
