Walter Scott is looking for an Investment Operations Assistant to join their team in Edinburgh. This is a supported hire permanent position – successful hires who have taken a career break of 2+ years will receive coaching support through the transition period from Women Returners.

All individuals within the team report to the Head of Investment Operations. The purpose of the role is to support the Investment Operations team to deliver effective operational and administrative support to Investment Research. Key responsibilities include:
General administrative tasks across all areas of Investment Operations.
Providing support to the Head of Investment Operations and Executive Director – Investment Operations.
To provide holiday/absence cover and support for other team members within the department as and when required.
Any other duties as reasonably requested by management
