Vodafone ReConnect Programme


Vodafone has launched ‘ReConnect’, a global paid six-month transition programme, bringing you in to  permanent roles while supporting you to reconnect with the corporate world and your career aspirations after a career break.  The programme is ongoing with a variety of opportunities around the UK, with a focus on London and Newbury. There are also opportunities in other areas of Europe, including Greece, Germany, Czech Republic and Ireland.

What does the programme involve?

This programme provides targeted development to accelerate your re-integration, and gives you flexibility with a 4-day working week.

Opportunities are available throughout the business, in areas such as Technology, Commercial, HR, Finance, Legal, External Affairs, Customer Operations and Business Intelligence & Analytics.

Who are they looking for?

The programme is designed for people who have taken a career break of 1 to 10 years, to raise children, to run a business or for other reasons. Vodafone aim to match your experience with relevant opportunities within the business.

Locations & Roles

The programme has multiple roles and locations are flexible around the UK. The main locations are London and Newbury.


This is on ongoing initiative with variable start dates.
