Turner & Townsend is excited to partner once again with Women Returners to find and support their next cohort of successful career returners, building on the positive momentum of their Career Returners Programme in 2019.
The programme offers both women and men, who have taken career breaks of at least two years, a structured and supported return to the workplace.
Turner & Townsend passionately believes that those who have had time away, for whatever reason, can bring skills and experience that will strengthen, enhance and diversify their teams.

What is Turner & Townsend looking for?
Enthusiastic individuals who wish to return to their successful careers, bringing with them the wealth of knowledge and skills acquired through both their professional and personal experiences.
Turner & Townsend has a wide range of mid to senior level roles available for experienced professionals with relevant experience, across the following disciplines:
- Project & Programme Management
- Cost Management
- Consulting (e.g. Procurement, Health & Safety, Technology)
The programme is aimed at dedicated individuals who have taken a career break of at least two years (as at January 2020) who wish to return to their previous successful careers or utilise their transferable skills. During this time, you may have worked on a small-scale or self-employed basis to fit around your other commitments, or have not done any paid work for a number of years.
What can you expect from the Programme?
You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic fast-paced consultancy at the forefront of construction, where their people are the key to their success.
The programme will offer:

- coaching support from Women Returners to help you to transition successfully back into the workplace
- a bespoke personal development plan to support all aspects of re-entry into the workplace

The programme aims to offer participants a permanent position at the end, although this is not guaranteed.
