The 3 month paid placements will be based at their Global headquarters in Edinburgh. Standard Life is looking for experienced professional women looking to return to employment after an extended career break.

Alongside the programme of support and coaching offered by Women Returners, Standard Life will match you with a buddy who will be on hand to offer day-to-day support as well as a mentor to support your ongoing development. As well as on the job learning, as a Standard Life Employee you will have access to a wealth of learning and development resources. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved with Standard Life’s many employee led networks such as the women’s development network and carers network, providing a sense of community support within the organisation.
Who are they looking for?
Standard Life is looking for talented professionals with significant experience in either a Finance or IT related role. Applicants must have taken a career break of 18 months or more and be available to start on 16 April 2018. Standard Life is happy to discuss flexible working.
