Skanska, a leading construction company and developer, is partnering with Women Returners to welcome talented professionals, both male and female, who have taken a voluntary career break of two years or more to join them for a 12 week paid Return-to-Work Programme. The programme is based in London and surrounding areas and in Cambridgeshire and will start on 26 September 2016, with the view to roles becoming permanent at the end of the period. Skanska are happy to consider candidates on a full time or part time basis throughout the programme duration and once the positions become permanent. The application deadline is Friday 24 June.

About the Return-to-Work Programme
You will placed in projects or departments where your skills and experience will be highly valued and utilised. To support you through the transition, you will receive coaching workshops from Women Returners, mentoring from a Skanska colleague and a comprehensive induction process.
For engineering, operations and commercial roles there are opportunities across London and surrounding areas and in Cambridgeshire. For enabling roles, opportunities are based in Maple Cross, Hertfordshire. These include:
- Civil engineer
- Mechanical & Electrical engineer
- Design engineer
- Geotechnical engineer
- Construction supervisor
- Project manager
- BIM technician
- Facilities Management (General Management)
- Quantity surveyor
- Commercial manager
In the enabling functions (Maple Cross based):
- Human resources
- Health and safety
