Start Date: February 2019

Programme: 20 week returnship

Santander’s returnship programme is all about recognising the valuable skills and abilities you’ve developed in your working life so far. If you’re a professional and you’re looking to return from a career break of more than one year, this programme is for you.

What are they offering?

It’s a flexible 20-week scheme, during which you will have all the help you need to ease back into your career. That will include on-the-job technical training along with coaching to develop your soft skills.  What’s more, you will have a dedicated mentor on hand, ready to guide you and answer any questions you might have as you continue on your career journey.

If you are one of the successful new starters, your first day will be Monday 25th February 2019. Your first week will be focused on getting to know Santander and their business. You will be introduced to your buddy and line manager, and welcomed into the 20-week programme by the Diversity & Inclusion and Talent teams.

Who are they looking for?

Santander are currently recruiting for three different positions; Project Manager, Business Analyst and VP for Coverage Areas.
