Return to Work Programme
Deloitte is now accepting applications for its UK Return to Work Programme for a third successive year. The Return to Work Programme is a paid, part-time, 20-25 week programme that commences on 18 September 2017. Applications close on 31 May 2017.
Who are they looking for?
The programme, open to all, but geared towards women, is accepting applications from anyone who has taken a career break of two or more years and has five or more years relevant experience within professional services or industry. The programme has a variety of roles advertised for the programme within all of its service lines (Audit, Risk Advisory, Tax, Financial Advisory, Consulting and Internal Client Services) across the UK (mainland only). All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
What does the programme offer?
Linked to Deloitte’s diversity strategy, the programme aims to encourage and support individuals who want to return to the workplace. The Deloitte Return to Work Programme is designed to refresh your knowledge and skills and boost workplace confidence after having taken a break, all whilst providing an opportunity to work on a variety of projects. Individuals will benefit from group induction sessions, mentoring and project experience. At the end of the programme, individuals could be offered an exciting opportunity to stay on with the firm.
Start date: 18 September 2017
Duration: 20-25 weeks (dependant on role due to project duration)
Location: UK (mainland only). Home office locations will differ dependant on role.
Hours: Part time, 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs)
NB: for roles available outside of London, whilst individuals will be based in a local home office, there will be some requirement to travel to London in the first two weeks of the programme for a firm-wide induction and other training sessions.
