5/4/17: Applications are now closed due to the high level of applications. Further updates will be provided later in the year
Capgemini UK recognise that the transition from a long career break back into the workplace can be challenging. This is why they are partnering with Women Returners to launch the Return@Capgemini Programme in 2017 to bring talented professionals into the organisation. The six month returnship programme will give meaningful experience, across the business, in a number of disciplines, with the wraparound of coaching and mentoring support, and a community of others in the same situation. They’ll be bringing in a small community of returners in May and a larger cohort in September. The assessment centre for the May cohort is taking place on the 19 April 2017.
Who are they looking for?
If you’re interested in joining a leading organisation in the tech sector, and have had an extended career break (typically more than two years), Capgemini would love to hear from you if you’ve got significant experience in any of the following areas:
- Project or Programme Management
- Business Analysis
- Software Engineering
- Management Consulting (with experience in one or more of the following sectors: Financial Services, Utilities, Central Government, Consumer Products, Retail)
- Cyber Security
The majority of their people work full time, on a fully mobile basis around the UK, but finding the right people is their biggest priority, and they appreciate that working full-time isn’t necessarily right for everyone. So let them know if you feel you’re a great fit for this role, and would like to work flexibly. As an example, some of their team members work four days a week, but travel across the UK during their working days. Or you might prefer to work three days a week (in a job share scenario) with travel limited to Greater London. If you are the right person to join the returnship, they will aim to find the right working approach for you.
