Programme: Supported hiring with permanent contracts, coaching and flexible working
PA Consulting, the global management consultancy, is partnering with Women Returners to launch the 2019 PA Consulting Returner Programme for professionals who have taken an extended career break and now wish to return to the workforce.
They are looking to hire a cohort of experienced management consultants who have been on a career break and encourage applications from those who are looking for flexible working patterns.
Who PA are looking for:
PA would like to hear from candidates who have had a career break of at least 18 months, with relevant experience in the following business areas:
- Public Services
- Operational Excellence
- People and Talent
They are looking for individuals with great communication, analytical, project management and problem solving skills. PA don’t expect you to have all the answers, for them, a growth mindset is paramount.
Working with PA as a Returner
Ideally you will have operated within a high calibre management consultancy and will have a good understanding of the issues facing businesses, as they transform and adapt to disruptive technologies.
To bring ingenuity to life for PA’s clients, they need people with different perspectives, who think innovatively. That’s why they are on a journey to create an ever more inclusive place to work, where all PA people feel supported and can be themselves. PA recognises that employees frequently need to balance their work and home lives and are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements, including opportunities to work remotely.
It might be that because you have had a career break, your network and technical skills need re-invigorating. PA will support you and provide the tools necessary for you to succeed. PA commits to providing you with a comprehensive support network. This includes return-to-work coaching and a mentor and buddy as well as your Line Manager. They will also provide in-depth technical training to ensure you are confident and well equipped to make an impact.
The key is that you are keen to build and extend PA’s profile and reputation as a premium management consultancy. PA’s clients are ambitious and they go the extra mile with them to help them realise their goals.
