The programme offers successful applicants a six months fixed term contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role. Ofcom has a range of mid senior level roles available for experienced professionals. Details are available in the job descriptions attached. You are able to apply to all roles that you find suitable.
As part of the Returners programme you will be supported back into the workplace; you will receive:
- Coaching from Women Returners
- A mentor from within Ofcom
- Opportunities to network across the organisation
- A competitive package of pay and benefits during the programme.
