Career Returners Supported Hiring
Women Returners is partnering with O2 to provide an ongoing supported hiring programme, alongside their annual returnship. The supported hiring programme will enable professionals who have taken an extended career break to return to their professional careers in permanent roles.
O2 is welcoming applications for its open roles from people who have taken an extended career break. Successful candidates who have taken a break for 2+ years will be considered for the opportunity to receive individual coaching from Women Returners, internal mentoring and focused training to support their transition back to the corporate workforce.
Roles are based mainly across Slough, Leeds, London and Preston Brook, however there may be roles that are flexible on location (including home-based/field based roles)
Please apply via the careers site for any vacancy that you feel is suitable to your skills and choose ‘other’ and then type in ‘Women Returners’ in the drop down on ‘How did you find out about the vacancy?’ when making your application.
