Having successfully run a Re:Connectors programme in 2018 and 2019, Mott MacDonald is excited to announce that they will be bringing in another cohort in early 2020.
About the Programme
The programme will provide a paid placement for 6 months, starting in January 2020. You will join one of Mott MacDonald’s business units where your skills and experience will be highly valued and utilised, giving you the opportunity to work on high profile projects.
Mott MacDonald will support you through this transitional period, with coaching from Women Returners, internal mentoring and a comprehensive induction process. The Re:Connectors programme aims to offer returners a permanent position at the end, although this is not guaranteed. A variety of flexible working patterns may be available depending on the role.

Advisory and Programme Delivery Re:Connectors Programme
The Advisory and Programme Delivery Division delivers services to projects ranging in scale and complexity from a few million pounds to £20bn through a range of technical disciplines including programme management, project management, management consulting, and education and healthcare management. Their offering spans over six key sectors, Transportation, Water & Environment, Buildings, Education Health and Social Care, Defence and Energy.
