Following their successful Re:Connectors Programme in 2018, Mott MacDonald is again partnering with Women Returners for their 2019 Programme, offering opportunities for experienced professionals who have taken a career break of 2 or more years and who are now looking to rebuild their career.
About the Programme
The programme will provide a paid placement for 6 months, starting in October 2019. You will join one of Mott MacDonald’s business units where your skills and experience will be highly valued and utilised, giving you the opportunity to work on high profile projects.
Mott MacDonald will support you through this transitional period, with coaching from Women Returners, internal mentoring and a comprehensive induction process. The Re:Connectors programme aims to offer returners a permanent position at the end, although this is not guaranteed. A variety of flexible working patterns may be available depending on the role.
