Mott MacDonald is launching the Re:Connectors Programme, offering opportunities for experienced professionals who have taken a career break of 2 or more years and who are now looking to rebuild their career.

About the Programme

The programme provides a paid placement for 6 months, starting October 2018. You will be placed in a team within the Highways Division where your skills and experience will be highly valued and utilised. Mott MacDonald will support you through this transitional period, with coaching from Women Returners, internal mentoring and a comprehensive induction process. The Re:Connectors programme aims to offer returners a permanent position at the end, although this is not guaranteed. A variety of flexible working patterns may be available depending on the role.
