In today’s world, successful careers are fluid and often do not follow a traditional path. Morgan Stanley sees great potential in experienced men and women who have taken a career break for two years or more and are now looking to return to their chosen profession. Morgan Stanley’s Return to Work programme is an opportunity for you to re-engage.
Join their “Return to Work Insight Event” in September to learn more about the programme.
What you can expect:
During the insight event, you will have the opportunity to meet senior leaders and Returners at the Firm. Morgan Stanley will be running workshops which are designed to help you approach your Return to Work with confidence, including practical advice on how to navigate the recruitment process, and a coaching session on personal brand and promoting yourself.
The insight event is designed for you to discover the culture and explore the career opportunities at Morgan Stanley.
Return to Work Programme:
Following the event, attendees will be invited to apply to Morgan Stanley’s 2020 Return to Work Programme and/or permanent opportunities through a supported hiring process, designed to provide the necessary support and tools to successfully relaunch your career.
The morning will provide an insight into Morgan Stanley’s Infrastructure divisions based in Glasgow which include: Finance, Fund Services, Operations and Technology.
The Return to Work Insight Event will take place at the Morgan Stanley’s Glasgow office on Monday 23 September from 9am to 1.30pm

You will be:
- Currently on a career break of at least two years
- Interested in returning to work on a permanent basis
You will have:
- Experience within financial or professional services or another directly relevant area
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
