Lloyds Banking Group are accepting applications for their 2017 Returners Programme for talented professionals who are now ready to resume their career. It’s the third year they have run this award-winning scheme, and they have many success stories across their diverse business and brands that they want to build on. This year’s 16 week programme commences on 5 June 2017 and applications close on 19 March 2017. Roles are available in various locations.
What does the programme offer?
Recognising that the transition back to work can be a challenge, this 16 week internship programme is designed specifically with this in mind and with the aim of offering you a permanent position at the end.
Salary varies by role and is available on the individual career pages. In addition, you’ll receive a car (or allowance), life assurance, private medical care, share schemes and a flexible cash pot to take or spend on a wide range of benefits tailored to suit your lifestyle.

Whilst you’re likely to have worked within professional services or banking, it’s your experience, drive and transferable leadership skills that are important. They recognise the value of diverse experience and are looking for people for the following roles:

If your initial application is successful you’ll be invited to an Assessment Day sometime between 13 March and 10 April (depending on the business area you’ve applied to) so you’d need to be available over this period in London, Leeds or Solihull.
