L.E.K. Consulting is looking for a Legal Associate and they particularly welcome applications from those looking to return to the workplace after a period of leave/absence, or those who are seeking a role that fits with school hours/other commitments. The opportunity for homeworking will also be considered, as well as a range of flexible hours patterns. This is a supported hire permanent position – successful hires who have taken a career break of 2+ years will receive coaching support through the transition period from Women Returners.

To be considered for this role you will be a qualified solicitor, with at least one year PQE.

In addition, L.E.K. Consulting is looking for a personable and committed individual, comfortable with liaising with partners, principals, managers, consultants, operational staff, external counsel and clients.

IT literacy and strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
