Opportunities available with Hymans Robertson
Hymans Robertson is pleased to offer a returnship opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst or Project Manager within their Change Team.
The Change Team works alongside the Executive to help design, develop and implement the change projects and programmes deemed to be of strategic importance to the long-term success of the Firm. A blend of business analysis, project and change management skills and competencies enable the team to set-up change activity in the Firm. They are a Firm-wide asset so operate across all areas of the Firm and are accountable to the Executive. The mixture of work can cover organisational design, operational change, business process improvement, risk (e.g. regulatory change such as GDPR), technology change and much more.
Who they are looking for?
- You’ll ideally already have solid experience acting formally or informally on a range of successful projects.
- Domain experience is not essential but demonstrable practical experience using business analysis and/or project and change management skills and competences is.
- This role will make good use of your communication and relationship building skills as you’ll be dealing with a range of people, including colleagues and clients and will need to communicate complex information in a simple and straightforward way.
- You’ll really enjoy working as part of a team but also take responsibility for planning and managing your own time.
