Programme: 12 month Fixed Term contracts in leadership roles (possibility of extending to 24 months). Note: this is a diversity rather than a returner programme

Who are they looking for?
To help the Home Office to deliver on their ambitious programme of work, they are looking for innovative leaders with experience of influencing senior stakeholders in what can be a complex, fast paced and challenging work environment.
You will be concerned about fairness and social justice, value a flexible work culture, while having experience of negotiating and being comfortable challenging senior colleagues and other stakeholders. Many of the programmes are delivered at pace, however the Home Office places a high value on collaborative and consultative decision-making.
