The Gerald Eve Career Returners Programme will enable you to return to your career in a permanent role, with a range of support. The programme is open to women and men looking to make a return to the workplace, after an extended career break of typically 18 months or more.

Who they are looking for

Gerald Eve welcomes applications from returners for any of their vacancies, including surveying, planning and business functions.

They recognise you may have taken time out of work for any number of reasons and are unconcerned whether this has been a break to travel the world, to care for loved ones, or otherwise. You may have chosen not to work at all or you may have been working in a self-employed or small-scale basis around other commitments.

All Gerald Eve expects from you as a candidate in return, is a previous background in the role for which you are applying for.  However, they are open to applicants from other sectors.  You don’t have to tick all the boxes as they can teach you on-the-job, but they do expect you to have worked in a professional environment before in a similar role.
