Return to Work support for candidates looking to resume their career

Fidelity Investments rewards passionate individuals and is developing a work environment that fosters diversity, teamwork and collaboration. They recognise the value that employees’ individual differences can contribute to the bright and strong future of their company. If you are a financial services, technology or operations professional who has taken a career break and is now looking to return to the workforce in Ireland, then join Women Returners and Fidelity Investments for a ‘Return to Work’ webinar on 19th June from 10.30-11.30am.

Return to Work Webinar

This webinar is targeted at returners who have been on a career break for 2 years or more. You will have previous experience in financial services and/or technology and operations in roles such as administration, middle and back office support, coding, cyber security and front-end development.

The webinar will provide you with return-to-work support and information, and will give you the opportunity to find out how Fidelity Investments are supporting returners as part of their RESUME initiative.

You will benefit from a short coaching session on rebuilding your professional identity and top tips on how to get back to work. You will also get to hear from a Fidelity Investments employee about her experience of resuming her career after an 8-year break.

After the webinar, participants are invited to apply for opportunities through the Fidelity Investments RESUME supported hiring programme.
