EY invites candidates with a tax background to join their career returner programme, EY Reconnect. Open to individuals at Manager level and above, the programme helps harness a truly diverse talent pipeline, by attracting those who have had a career break of between 2-10 years.
What you can expect
The programme provides an induction, coaching from Women Returners, and mentoring, as well as an instant peer group for additional support. This is an opportunity for you to reconnect with your career, your previous experience and your expertise within business.
EY’s Tax team provides a great opportunity to join a growing, successful team. EY Reconnect uniquely offers a cross service line returner programme and this provides opportunity for participants to interact and build relationships with like-minded people in other areas of the business.
Who are EY looking for?
EY welcomes applications from individuals who have previously worked in financial services, professional services, consultancy, technology or a related industry. You will also have specialist experience in any of the following:
- Transaction tax
- Transfer pricing
- Indirect tax
- International tax
- R&D tax technology
- Other aspects of corporate or personal tax
