Women Returners is partnering with EY to launch EY Reconnect, the firm’s 2017 career returners programme, providing a bridge for professionals to re-enter the workplace after an extended career break.
What is EY Reconnect?
The 12-week programme offers a supported route back into work with induction, coaching and mentoring for talented individuals who have had a career break of between 2 and 10 years – you will also have an instant peer group for additional support. This is an opportunity for you to reconnect with your career, your previous experience and expertise within business. You will join client teams in EY’s Advisory, Assurance, Tax or Transactions services, and will participate in varied project work.
What background and past experience is needed for EY Reconnect?
You will have worked as a manager or above, with a background in professional services, consultancy, financial services, technology or related industry.
It’s not all about your technical experience. EY Reconnect offers the opportunity to join an inclusive and diverse workplace, where creativity and flexibility are encouraged. EY Reconnect offers roles across the Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Transactions business areas, based in various locations across the UK. Applications are open now for the September ’17 intake. At the end of the 12 weeks, all participants will be considered for ongoing roles with EY.
