CMS Returner Programme

Programme: 16 week paid returnship (part of Finance, Legal & FinTech Returners Scotland)

CMS is delighted to partner with Women Returners and participate in this returner programme, funded by the Scottish Government, with the aim of supporting women back into work. As part of the programme you will have a supported route back into private practice, the opportunity to join workshops including personal professional brand, networking, interview skills and legal know-how updates. In addition, you will participate in coaching support from Women Returners, benefit from a wider peer support group and have the guidance of a mentor for the duration of the programme.

About You

CMS is looking for qualified lawyers who have had a minimum of 12 months gap in their working life and who are looking to return to private practice.
