CMS Returner Programme

Programme: 6-month paid returnship
CMS is delighted to be part of this returner programme funded by the UK Government and in partnership with the Law Society, with the aim of supporting those who have taken a career break back into the work. As part of the programme you will have a supported route back into private practice, the opportunity to join workshops including personal professional brand, networking, interview skills and legal know-how updates. In addition, you will participate in the Career Returners Coaching support workshops from Women Returners, benefit from a wider peer support group and have the guidance of a mentor for the duration of the programme.

CMS is looking for qualified lawyers who have had a minimum of 12 months’ gap in their professional legal career and who are looking to return to private practice.
