CBRE recognises that the journey back can be difficult, and understand the importance of finding a good work-life balance with opportunities for flexible working arrangements.
Their 12-week paid programme is designed to help people who are interested in the property sector to transition back into the work environment. Successful candidates will receive tailored guidance and support, incorporating coaching, mentoring, networking and other learning opportunities. This could include:

You’ll have the chance to make a real impact and contribute to their business with continued support throughout. At the end of the programme there may be an opportunity for a permanent role, depending on the success of the working relationship.
