Programme: Career Insight Event for Returners
At BNY Mellon, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) is central to driving high performance, competitive advantage, innovation and growth. To do what they do well depends on attracting, developing and retaining the brightest, most innovative minds – those with a global mind-set and varied life experiences and perspectives that inform different leadership styles and modes of thinking and problem solving – to grow their business and help their clients do the same.
They care deeply about creating an inclusive culture that sustains productivity and progress for their people and their company. This goes hand-in-hand with improving talent diversity, with representation that reflects the increasingly diverse global workforce, markets and clients they serve, as well as their customers. They see great potential in experienced professionals who have taken a career break and are now looking to return to the work place.
On 19 September, Women Returners is partnering with BNY Mellon to host a Career Insight event for professionals who have been out of the workplace for at least 18 months and are looking to return to work in the Manchester area.
