BlackRock has placements available within the following teams: Core System Operations, Technology and Operations teams and Finance. Core System Operations
You can work with BlackRock at one of the world’s top FinTech companies. They sell their Aladdin platform to over 200 of the world’s top global corporations; in total the Aladdin platform manages about a quarter of all the world’s money under management. You can help build, monitor, support and administer some of the software which drives the global economy. They run multi-discipline teams across operations, engineering and project/change/incident management and have a wide and varied technology stack.
Technology and Operations
With four thousand employees across the globe, Technology and Operations plays a critical role in BlackRock’s success. There are 8 global functions that touch the product lifecycle, client experience as well as BlackRock’s employee experience. Technology and Operations are constantly focused on innovation and driving scale across their operations.
BlackRock Finance consists of 650 Finance professionals across the globe. They specialise in disciplines such as Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A), Treasury, Regulatory & Statutory Reporting, Finance Operations Support and Controllers.
