Balfour Beatty Returners Programme
Start date: January 2019
Programme: Six month returnship
Balfour Beatty, a leading international infrastructure group, is excited to launch the Balfour Beatty Returners Programme 2019.
If you’ve taken an extended break from your professional career of more than two years and are looking for a route back into employment, then the Balfour Beatty Returners Programme could be exactly what you are looking for. Opportunities are UK-wide and Balfour Beatty has project sites in locations including London, Cumbria, Kent, Midlands, Manchester, Gloucester, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
What are they offering?
The Balfour Beatty Returners Programme will run for 21 weeks from 28 January 2019, with a view to successful candidates joining the business in permanent roles. This paid programme will offer support to help the transition back to work via coaching workshops from Women Returners and ongoing support from a dedicated Balfour Beatty mentor.
You will be working on one of Balfour Beatty’s flagship projects if you are site based in a technical role or within one of their Head Offices if the role is more functional. You should be available for the duration of the programme and be able to work a minimum of a 30 hour week. Whilst the role will be based at a corporate office or a fixed project location, you should be flexible on travel for coaching and other workshops.
